Found a huge wood screw in my driver side back tire and came in to have my tire checked. There was another lady who lives by me there for the same thing. Lots of reconstruction along the Hwy 19 corridor after the flood. Juan the service manager went above and beyond for me. The tire needed to be replaced and they didn't have the tire in stock. Tires severely underinflated, almost caused an accident.
Juan Nieves was very pleasant to work with and straight forward. My vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and since I was able to take advantage of a discount for an oil change, that is complete as well. After I paid for the service, I found out I can get a $25 gift card by visiting Tires Plus Rewards and claiming on the paid invoice. Not a bad deal. I will put that towards my next visit.
