Acquired a nail in a relatively new tire. They fit us in even though they were extremely busy. Dropped the tire off after removing it as I couldn't get through the steel belt. Completed quickly and professionally with a competitive price. All good.
Services were done that were not authorized. We were not called prior to some services being done. Very disappointed.
It took 4 hours to get an alignment done. That's it. Just an alignment. Took forever and it should not have taken anywhere near that long. Waited an hour just to put it on the lift. Then took it off for a different car. Then back on twice before it was done. Office personnel were also slow and not helpful either.
