Got 2 tires and an oil change done by an amazing technician by the name of sebastian then my rear brakes wiper blades and alignment were done by the head mechanic johan. I am very happy with the work done by these 2 technicians and the managers scott and sam were amazing. Very professional crew and the time frame in completing the work was exceptional. I highly recommend this shop for any of your car needs. This crew is out of this world
Excellent service! I’m relieved that the previous customer service manager is no longer there—his presence created a tense atmosphere. Despite being an incredibly busy location, the team handles everything efficiently. I only wish they had a larger space to accommodate their high demand!
This is the most disorganized vehicle service business I"ve ever been to!! There was no manager, (another new one expected this week), and two people were trying to juggle the influx of people, and so many were very upset at the lack of communication. Even the mechanics, more than half, were unmotivated to work! Really? I was standing in the back, observing.
