Very unhappy with the slow service. I brought my car in yesterday 12/28/22 at 4:30 pm because the inside passenger door car handle broke. I told the person at Tires Plus to order the piece in advance so that way when the car is in their garage they could immediately fix my car. Now I understand they could not get it done that day but they turned a deaf ear when I asked them to order it so it would come in sooner. Fast forward to today 12/29/22. After my wheel snapped off my truck I filed a claim to cover the cost of the repairs which was denied by Tires Plus. They determined the video, pictures, and detailed documentation was insufficient. They claim "I drove to far after the service" before 4 out of 5 lug nuts BROKE off my truck jeopardizing me and my family.
