If anyone needs tire work done, I highly recommend Tires Plus on Eglin Pkwy! I had a flat tire on my Jeep and they went above and beyond to get me fixed up. Their customer service is the best I've seen. I actually stopped at Pep Boys on Hwy98 next to Whataburger, because it was closer to home, and they refused to do the work I needed done. So I went to Tires Plus and they said "No Problem Sir, We'll take care of it immediately". That is awesome! So, DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS!!! I advice everyone to stay away from Tires Plus and Bridgestone Tires! Their mechanic failed to test my battery! Had they ACTUALLY done their job, I would not be out $406.00!!! My battery was under warranty! Instead I had to have my vehicle towed to Ford and purchase a battery. ONCE THE BATTERY WAS IN, ALL ISSUES STOPPED! The Area Manager (from Tires Plus) Paul Brown, refuses to help at all and stands with the laziness of his employees! Pass the message along!
