I booked an appointment with tires plus a week ago for rotating, alignment and balancing my tires. I brought it in on time. There was no body at the front desk for the first five minutes of my arrival. There were staff in the workshop blowing out the floor with a blower but no one to man the front desk. Secondly, the guy at the front desk who came later says they are fully booked and running behind.
