Bad experience. I went in there today around noon for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT for a BATTERY. The man behind the counter took my keys and didn’t go over anything that would be happening or how long of a wait or any prices. They only had 1 battery in stock. Almost charged me $200. The man also said “okay they’re going to charge you the same if you go to another location.” I called my usual Tires Plus on Riverside Pkwy and they said they could charge me less and they did. I come here to change oil full synthetic for my coroolla on December 22, 2020. I paid $60 including taxes and labor. I waited approximately 30 to 45 mins to get it done. I had no issues with the service
