I made an appointment for 7:00 am today and no one showed up until 7:44 am, saying that they don't open until 8:00 am. I made the appointment yesterday on their app. This is very problematic!

Ive been seeing them a couple times now! I can't quite remember his name but he is super nice and answered all my questions for me whenever I had a problem! Just recently I took my car in for electrical issues and the diagnostic fee was going to be $130 all together but when they ran the diagnostic they did not find anything wrong and he ended up saying that I did not have to pay! Which was so sweet and such a big help!
Matt and crew got my vehicle in on a Sunday, checked by battery thoroughly, as didn't start that morning, and checked out aok. Starter and alternator check as well. Didn't hard sell me a battery and advised what to watch for. Thanks Tires Plus... Where they do way more than just tires!
