The team was able to fit me in, the day of, and on a Saturday. Very professional crew!
Called and manager was already very very angry, he also tried to hit on me. Couldn’t even get a tire service
Arrived for my 8 a.m. appt to find no one there, even though the sign and online says open at 7. Not very good communication on time frame to expect. Satisfied with the work done, but customer service is important. And in this appointment, it was lacking.
After being given one quote online I was informed it was not correct and given a different quote of almost double. After asking for a detail of the quote the manager agreed to honor the original quote. But I still paid more then $200 then the original quote. I was called when my car was done, but then was told “oh wait, they didn’t do your alignment check asks they have another car up there so we can get your car back in after that one is done” well it was almost 5:00pm and I needed my car to get home from work.
