My experiences here in the past were fine but not today. I made a 1 p.m. appointment for an oil change/tire rotation. I dropped the car off at 12:55 and was told with no hesitation the car would be ready in one hour. I came back at 2 p.m. and they hadn't even touched it. So what was that 1-hour estimate based on? If they had delays, could they not have texted me before I returned? And no one offered any information about when they could even start. Needless to say I collected my car key and left. Big waste of time.
