Went to tires Plus looking for a set of four tires. I shopped around and came to the conclusion factoring in discounts, warranty, availability, and of course price. Tires Plus was the place to go. I spoke with Vince and he was very personable, courteous, and extremely helpful with the whole overall process. I got a set of brakes as well and was very pleased with the job that I received and again the warranties. Unbelievable! Definitely highly recommend tires Plus and Vince.
Not professional at all. The counter person left customers in the store that needed to be waited on to go outside and take a call about food. You can’t make this up. He had us waiting because of his food order instead of taking care of his customers first and then do what you need to. So unprofessional and rude
I received excellent customer service from the manager and the staff they are excellent friendly and provide quality and superb services in timely manner. I recommend this store 100%
Do not come here to get your car fixed. My dad has been coming here for years, but one day, one of the employees tricked him into signing up for a store credit card. When he received the card in the mail, there were unauthorized charges—including ones from a gas station and a store that sells wigs for Black people. My poor dad—he’s 70 years old, and this place should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of elderly people.
