RecommendedFantastic experience! Shawn was great and gave me a great deal on 4 new tires for my 2017 Toyota Corolla XSE. They got them replaced for me in one day while I was at work and did an exceptional job! I can’t say enough good things about my experience. Two thumbs up! Highly recommend.
All this place wants to do is take your money. They’re literally nothing but a joke. Take your car elsewhere if you don’t want to get ripped off. Never will be returning and I’ll make sure all my friends and family know too. 😊
Shawn and has crew are great to work with. My three year old tires were wearing down causing my car to shudder. Shawn told me to come in “right now” . Due to COVID19 they were not terribly busy and could take me right away. All four tires had to be replaced. The waiting area was appropriately designed to accommodate “social distancing”. I noticed staff wiping down doors, handles, etc. Thank you Tires Plus !
Service is lacking by far...nothing else needs said.
They told me my car was going to be 3,000 dollars in repairs by somebody isn’t even a licensed mechanic... service advisor gave in correct formation about my car. Took to my regular mechanic and he said my spark plugs needed cleaned...... I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN TO THIS PLACE!!
I live like 2 hrs away from Lancaster...Visited their and went 2 Park City Mall...Came out, and my antifreeze was laying on the ground...These Guys saved me...Now I can go bak home....and go 2 work! Thank u Tires Plus....I really appreciate the help....I kno when I’m in Lancaster....U have my business!
