Took me and my boyfriends car there spent ALOT of money on both cars my boyfriends car started acting up AGAIN so we decided to go to a different mechanic just to find out that tires plus didn’t install the part correctly and mechanic fixed it for free (even tho he didn’t have to and we still gave him something)....my car on the other hand they “fixed” the problem after having put 4000+ other things were fixed as well for my engine light to come back on again after 3 months RIDICULOUS! I called in ahead of time to schedule two tire install on my jetta. I arrived on schedule . The employee working the counter asking if I was waiting . I informed him I was waiting. He said it would take one hour which is a long time to install two tires to begin with. After waiting for 1.5 hours I noticed the tires had still not been installed. He then advised me it would be at least another half hour. Took over double the time and they did nothing to inform me. If I had not addressed it they would have let me sit there all ... read more
