While I am extremely thankful that the team could get me in to fix a slow leak on a Sunday (hallelujah, Tires Plus for being open!)...there were a couple issues with my service. I was helped by Jerry - he was really nice. He had told me if I had left my car (I came in at 1PM), they would make sure it would get done before they closed. He mentioned they would call me when it was done. Stolen out of my friends cars and stalled mine right in front of me. Also careless, broke a valve when airing up my new tires, and after they fixed it, it now has a bead leak. 🏻
WOW...I cannot begin to say how thankful I am for the Grant St. Tires Plus location!! I know Tires Plus is a franchise, however, this location acts and operate on a much higher level. We were told by another store we needed a second opinion and I could not have been more pleased with the results. Thank you so much for validating my concerns with our initial evaluation and thank you for going above and beyond in honoring your parts and labor warranty! You have secured a customer for life!
Great store and great manager! This store has a new manager who is so helpful! He gave me my options without being pushy and trying to sell me stuff I didn't really need. I was so impressed with the level of customer service! This is a great store!
Waaaayyy Over-charging!!! or should we say highway robbery – This place is a flippin joke!! and that is no joke :) Tires Plus was going to charge me $500.00 to fix my A.C. (that doesnt include the charge to have it checked) lucky for me i got a second opinion. I found out the part i needed was only $6.00. Please beware of these overpriced wannabe mechanics and if possible get a second opinion. Thanks for reading - yes i am now enjoying the cool comfort of ac in the car
Customer Service is great – They have been very good to me since I first took my cars for oil changes. The service is great and they get the job done.
