I had an unexpected issue. They got me in right away for an inspection, and within 2 hours my car was fixed. I am so thankful they could get me in and fix it the same day
PJ and the Manager come to my rescue and I was very grateful. They did such a great quick job with my wife’s tire thank you guys. If I could give this place a NEGATIVE 0-star review, I would. The hours on the door indicate they open at 7 am. We arrived at 7 am just to be told that the technician would not be in until 8 am. Why open at 7 am for your customers if you cannot provide them with service until 8 am? I called the "corporate office" and asked the same question, to be told I am not sure what to tell you. Tires Plus has lost my business for all of eternity. This company needs some serious help. Value your customers and maybe they will return.
The greatest deal I have ever had on a new tire. Sales person was knowledgeable and very competant!
