Don't go to TIRES PLUS in EVANS Georgia... A 10 minute new tire install turned into 2.5 hrs due to them breaking a lug and having to order one, but I understand accidents happen. I also noticed on the same rim I was missing a lug nut from my routine oil change and tire rotation just weeks before this visit. So, they ordered a lug and lug nut but never notified me that it was going to take longer which I thought was unprofessional and not courteous.
