I went really late to the store for an oil change and August made sure that I left the store with my car all set and ready to drive . I came back today for a concern I had with my car and Alberto responded to all my questions , they saw my car and double checked if everything was running properly . So far the best experience when it comes to costumer service
Horrible customer service, had a flat tire on the side of the road and they were unwilling to help or offer any advice, these people do not care.
I dropped by late in the afternoon to ask about some mechanical concerns I had and despite not having an appointment, August took the time to check out my car and he immediately put my mind at ease. I ended up purchasing new tires at a great price and with minimal wait time, and they were obviously busy. My experience was stellar and well exceeded my expectations.
