Stopped in around 7:05 AM. (Thinking I would be in and out). Told the guy I was losing air in my right passenger rear tire, I needed fixed. Well, after about 30 minutes, they finally moved my car in. Another hour goes by and I’m called to counter and told that I’m low on oil, bulb out on 3rd brake light and etc. I was thinking, I didn’t say I wanted everything checked, I just need my tire fixed. Told me about an hour to have 1 tire changed. 2 hours later they are finally doing it. Just a tire on a rim don’t even have to take it off or put on the vehicle. Very poor management.
Previous visit They've improved from previous experience. Friendly yet professional with excellent customer service and I was advised of upcoming services that I should consider for optimum performance. July 25 These guys are great. They're sympathetic understanding, they know their stuff. They're helpful. I appreciate them. Wish they had comfy furniture and charging stations
The staff was very knowledgeable, very professional, and courteous. Affordable prices as well. I would definitely recommend.
