Purchased new tires and asked them to Top off all fluids. One of the tires had fragments of a rag sticking out of the tire compromising the seal. No caps were on the $1200 tires. The service tech literally lifted up the hood, pretended to inspect and said that he did top it off. He never topped off my antifreeze. 3 days later the manager told me that it was so low that it turned into acid. The tech caused damage to my gear shifter during a " test drive" he's a big man. Amazing customer service. Needed an oil change before my daughter went on a a trip 3 hrs away, they were able to squeeze me in and get the job done. The service advisor/manager Steve was awesome for helping getting this done. Thanks!!
