Will was wonderful in telling what was needed in a way that I, not being a mechanic, could understand and worked with me on pricing. Nigel was the only mechanic working that day and did a fantastic job, both of them staying past closing to get the job finished! I've not had a bad experience here and the staff are always friendly and honest. Absolutely recommend this location!Â
Don't go here, purchased pricey tires for my wife, no one called to let us know it was done, said they emailed, which they didn't. We waited all day without our vehicle. Here's the best part, when I asked the gentleman about the veteran's discount, he looked disgusted and said "Wish you would've said that earlier!" Nate was amazing! Him and his team answered all my questions and were very helpful.Â
My car was at this location for three days to be fixed. No one called me to update me on the status of the car. I had to call every day to find out what was going on. Also, I was charged for an alignment when I purchased a lifetime alignment in May this year. It doesn't matter if the warranty company was paying it's fraud/dishonest to charge me again.
