Thanks to the guys at the University Blvd location, they got my Ram 1500 riding like it’s new again. I see a lot of reviews complaining about how long it takes. But I must say these guys if they’re taking a long time it’s because they are trying to give you the best results. So if you want the best results be prepared to wait for a while? If not rush them and you get what you get.
Park street location. I was massively overcharged for a road hazard bc the staff didn't follow the proper procedure of taking the tread depth off the blown tire for proration. I was also charged an additional $25 on top of my 'warranty' to rebalance that one tire and $31 for another extended'warranty' which I was told I had to purchase. I called them out on it and was told to come back the next day for a more accurate refund. On top of that they didn't even bother to put my spare up. No bueno
Takes so long Change tire and change broke I come. At 11 am in the morning now. It. 3:30 pm people here are lazy not good customer service
Showed up Saturday morning at 6:45 knowing they opened at 8am. They opened the door at 7:45 am took my keys and had me back on the road quickly! One flat tire repaired!
