Brought my car in for an oil change and to get a couple tires patches. They said I needed an alignment which I decided to move forward with because I had a $20 off your next service of $100 or more. The manager told me an alignment wasn’t a service so I couldn’t use my coupon? Secondly, they said there were no nails in the tires but we found 2 as soon as went to check the car… poor service and lazy.
My 1st time at this location but I am glad I did the manager Sebastien was very knowledgeable and called me very quickly with issues with my car and fix it in adequate amount of time. The customer service was impeccable. I work in customer service and that is one of the things I look for.
My husband said he had no problems the advisor told him in details what was going on about how long it would take and cost very courteous
I received fast, friendly and professional service and was made to feel like family
Don’t come here for car maintenance. Spent 500 dollars on a new battery, oil change and filter. They tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires. I just bought new tires a week prior so that was a money grab. My car been making noises ever since. And look at the photo the oil and battery light is on even though I got an oil change, and new battery from them a few weeks ago. If y'all want to run business like this that’s cool, but I’m warning other people.
