Great customer service, very kind and considerate and informative
Lied to me about expensive repairs that they said I needed, even after I questioned them. They printed me out a quote for one repair that was over $1100.00. I’m an elderly lady and they were trying to charge me for unnecessary repairs. I took my vehicle to the Nissan dealership and they verified my suspicions. I actually had other issues with my car that needed to be addressed, Nissan will be doing it for me. I had done business with that store since 2012.
