This review is about the store manager at Tiresplus at Baymeadows Rd Store number 676209. The manager tried to diffuse the disagreement I have with one of the customers who accused me of denting her car when I opened my car. Stopped in for an early morning oil change because my car Veruca was demanding one. The car went in on time and when they were finishing, Shane came over to talk about the front brakes I needed but wanted to put off until Covid was over. He said he could get them on in 30 minutes so I didn’t have to come back. I was checked out and heading home 5 min before that 30 was up! An hour and 5 minutes for everything❣️ Great work, Shane and crew! And a hi to Bob just because. Thanks!
I busted a tire by hitting a curb. without an appointment I was there for 3 hours. but the service was friendly and professional. and 2 new tires complete was 181.00. not too bad.

Tires Plus got me in right away before work. I’m a teacher! They found a nail in my tire and could patch it saving me $180! Thanks for being honest and getting to me quickly!
Never had a problem in 10+ years. On more than one occasion they've actually told us a potentially expensive repair might be covered by the warranty. They've also told us that a repair that could be expensive is actually much less, when they could have charged a lot more. They are always very busy, so I'm sure they simply don't need to resort to scams. If there's a coupon or special promotion available they'll tell us even if we haven't asked. I've never had a reason to suspect them of anything dishonest or unethical…
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! – DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I don't want to explain my story to remain anonymous, but sure enough these people are the typical shop that will sell you on parts you really don't need to replace and not even fix the initial issue. Yes, Bill, the store manager, has great customer service skills to make you feel trusted and loyal to them, but everyone else has no idea what their doing let alone they are constantly misdiagnosing cars and your stuck with a couple hundred to a few thousand dollars to pay! ... read more
Beware they are scammers I had a slow leak in my tire and went to Tires Plus on Baymeadows in Jacksonville, FL for a tire plug. They informed me that they cannot plug it but they could repair it for $26. They took my car and then called me and said that they could not repair the tire because the leak was on the side of the tire. They said that I needed a new tire, which would cost a total of over $130 for one tire! I said no way was I going to pay that much for one tire.
