I made an appointment at walmart, and was informed it would take them 5-6 hours to install 4 new tires... i thought that was excessive, i called Discount Tire, and they not only got me in the same day, they got it done in 30 mins, the team that works here are professional and respectful. Thank you
Over the past 12 years or so, I have used Tires plus several times for not only new tires but service work for oil changes and alignments. I have always been pleased with there service. Erin and Drake have put together a solid TEAM to be successful. Thank you for your great service.
Had an appointment at 10 am. My car didn’t even get looked at until 11am. I just took my car back without any services from them. I figured a schedule appointment for a wheel alignment could be done in less than an hour but I was wrong. I have gotten good service from this shop before but they must have changed staffed.
I keep coming back to Tires Plus as they have two great people up front in Erin and Drake. They have always been polite, courteous and able to communicate and explain what needs to be completed. I feel extremely comfortable in my dealings with them. I will continue to use there service team.
