I had a truly disappointing experience at Tires Plus in Waukesha. I dropped off my vehicle expecting basic communication and reasonable turnaround time, but instead, my car sat there for nearly a week with absolutely no work done and no quote provided. Every time I followed up, I was told they were just “too busy.” I understand high volume happens, but the complete lack of urgency or customer service was unacceptable. I had come to Tires Plus after a very negative experience at a different facility. Aaron was great and was able to help me that same day.
My check tire pressure lights showed 20psi as I was leaving on vacation. I stopped at Tires Plus, after seeing all the bays were full, I figured I’d have a couple hour wait. But Dale checked me in and had my car in immediately. They gave me the 4” wood nail that caused the damage and I was out the door in 30 minutes! Very kind staff, very clean & quiet waiting area & very professional. Highly recommend!

Amazing service. Very responsive, explained the issue with my flat, and got me back on the road with no problems. Excellent value too!
