I would not go elsewhere. I have always felt that good customer service is 90% of a sale. People are prone to post negative experiences and rarely thank a company for a job well done. They always get us in quickly for service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
The mechanics at this place do a great job (had an alignment and tire replacement done). Erik and Dale at the front desk were also friendly and knowledgeable. Dale even stayed 15~30 minutes after hours so we could pick up my mother's car over the weekend. I brought her car here after another place put the tires on in the wrong direction, didn't properly balance the wheels, broke off TPMS sensors, and rounded and over-torqued the lug nuts (so much so that I couldn't get them off with an impact wrench I keep in my car).
