I called in around 4:30pm as a referral from the Firestone down the street. I was needing an assessment on my vehicle asap because I am flying out tomorrow and no one else I called could help. Mike at Tires Plus took my call and squeezed me in last minute, despite already having a full schedule of appointments the rest of the evening. I arrived by 5pm. My daughter experienced her first nail-in-the-tire experience. After she texted me, I found Tires Plus and Mike, Store Manager answered my call. He was FANTASTIC! He ended up fixing the tire and getting my daughter back on the road very quickly ... and ... communicated with me the entire time. He couldn't have been more accommodating or service-oriented. Thanks again Mike - a true star!!!
Brought my 05 VW in for a wheel alignment. At the end of the day they were not able to perform the job due to not having the proper tools to ensure a quality service. I appreciated greatly that the service tech did not force anything and advised to take it to a VW shop. From, Dale, my service advisor, the service tech, and the manager, Michael, I was very pleased with my overall experience even though they could not perform the job. Great customer service!
