Shame on this location and their staff! They completed a wheel alignment without telling me that my ball joints are messed up which has lead to further issues! This store needs to be shut down!
Needed one new tire. They had exactly one of the tires I needed. They quickly and professionally replaced it. The manager and service technician were very polite and helpful. Recommend this location.
I've been coming to this Tires Plus location for probably 30 years. They just keep getting better. They give me sound advice and quality service, and never oversell anything to me. I'm pretty good with cars, and am able to do some repairs myself, so I know when I'm being misled. The staff here is professional and honest, and I have become a very loyal customer over the years since they have proven time and again that they are superior to other service companies, and even other Tires Plus locations. Keep up the good work!
