decent service This place did good job on car repair. One time my car died on me and they only spent one day to fix it. And the cost is average. Although I knew they might replace some unnecessary parts, but my car got fixed quickly and in good shape by now. I am ok with that.
Pushy salespeople This is one of those places that, if you take your car in for a simple oil change, they will call you and tell you that your car needs more work and numerous other parts need to be purchased. Sure, it's easy enough to just say no, but I'd rather just get my oil changed and not be bothered. Good prices though, if you don't buy whatever else they try to sell you.
You can't go wrong here. I don't know why the other idiot wrote a bad review for the John's Creek location when his experience was for the Suwanee location on Lawrenceville-Suwanee Dam road?????????? I have nothing but good and reasonable service from these folks since they opened! I have had a couple of problems that had to be returned.. but they have always made good with a smile! Talk to Jeff, Blake or Elmer.. all great guys and know what's up!
I have 6 cars and they are my preferred mechanics They are trustworthy and charge reasonable rates (especially compared to Dealers!). They always want to make me happy and are willing to work with me. They aren't always perfect but if/when that happens, they have always made it right. Having this many cars, I have had a lot of car experiences and I will still take my car to them whenever there is a problem. They will recommend services that may be needed but don't push the issue unless it really needs to be fixed. My preferr... read more
