I don’t know what has changed in this store but it isn’t the atmosphere isn’t the same it was last month. I went in this week to drop off my car for service. The employees look miserable and in speaking with the GM at the front desk asking about my car he came off as cold and callous. Gave me short answers and spoke to me like I was stupid for not knowing what was wrong with my car. I was a loyal customer of tires plus for years but if this is the service I am going to receive then i will find a new car care place. Something... read more

Ok I only bought 1 tire and had it put on and watched tv and drank coffee while they were doing it. Lots of negative opinions on here......wasn't my experience.
