I used to go to Tires Plus without issues, but the service has gotten so bad it’s honestly ridiculous. They tried to charge me again for a “lifetime” alignment package I already bought last year. When I brought it up, the girl on the phone acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and argued with me. I had to go home, pull up the receipt, and drive all the way back (on my mom’s birthday, no less) just to get a refund. Great service
Was told 2hrs, was here over 4hrs. Missed our movie because of their poor estimate of time. That’s unacceptable.
It's Saturday 5:52pm, I just called to check to see if they had a tire in stock that I needed replaced. Google says they close at 7pm. The woman who answered the call told me she couldn't check because they close at 6pm and she is shutting down the system already. She didn't have a care in the world about it either. Horrible customer service and false info online.
