Very unprofessional. If you care even remotely about your car don’t bring it anywhere near this shop. Workers taking side jobs they aren’t even qualified for. Management refuses to take responsibility for anything, no customer service. Please stay away. A worker named Dan palm deceived me and lied about things being done to my car after I let it sit in this shop for days. Nothing was done. I’m not the first I won’t be the last. You have been warned..

I was quoted a price and charged another - $100 more. Also the money I spent to make sure it was not my alternator was not taken off after spending to fix what was wrong, which was the starter.
I have been using this location for oil changes for years,I trusted them to fill it up. My car has only 14k on it ,so imagine my surprise when the low oil light came on. Turns out it was almost a quart low. Nice job NOT, for what they charge they should be toping off all the fluids.
