I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding an experience I had at your Tires Plus location, Store #186007, located at 6480 W Commercial Blvd, Tamarac, FL. I arrived at approximately 3:38 PM to have a wheel alignment performed on my vehicle. After checking in at the front desk, I was instructed to take a seat while the service was being completed. I had a very disappointing experience at Tires Plus . I arrived around 3:38 PM for a wheel alignment. After nearly three hours of waiting without updates, I was told the work had been completed—but when I asked for documentation or a receipt, I was told none could be provided. The staff member told me to "trust" that the service was done. However, my in-car camera footage shows that my vehicle was never moved during my visit.
