Took my car in to get serviced yesterday and I must say I was very impressed. Chris, Joe, and Justin from the Ocala Store on 200 went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Very reasonably priced and I will definitely be back the next time. Highly recommend, and they are even open on Sundays!! Thank you so much!
They always seem to have the best prices on tires. We've purchased at least 3 sets of tires from them in the past few years. But what really stands out about them is a while back my son was stranded about a mile away. A friend of his drove him to this Tires Plus location and they loaned him the tool he needed to get his tire off. They also did something else for him when my some drive the tool back to them (I forgot what it was but it was enough for me to think great of these guys). The folks at this shop were SO helpful today in our emergency situation. The gentleman even finished putting the tire on our bus in the pouring rain. We are so thankful.
Excellent service! Last week, we were heading home from vacation. We found ourselves with a screw in one tire and a nail in another. Two tired kids and a tired mom and dad! Tires plus took care of us! Honest and kind people.
Louis is great and Taylor also. They did a great job and explained everything to my mom and me what was going on the hole time. Louis is a great man and helps you understand what is wrong and doesn't want to over charge you. Taylor is awesome and a great customer service person

Had a tire pop on the way to work this afternoon and was cheerfully helped by a Tires Plus employee who thankfully worked right across the road from where I broke down. I went into the shop, he gave me prices for what he had available and I got two new tires for a very fair price, with a 65,000 mile warranty and Hazard coverage. Thankful for friendly, professional humans who don't treat their female customers like morons or try to swindle the public in general. 👍🙌🚗
