Absolutely terrible & dishonest crew. I purchased four tires & an alignment a few months back for my Rav 4 — had the alignment redone multiple times as I experienced no change, the store manager Dave assured me that we would be all good to go. That was not the case. Went in for a patchcon a tire.Adaam tried to force opon us services we didn't need because his computer said we were behind in service .then he followed us back to the car in a threatening posture when we commented on his sales tactics our Porsche maintenance is kept by the dealership.here are the receiptsof work done and unnecessary work Adam was trying to sell us do not go if Adam I working

Everyone was so pleasant here but especially David Hough. They not only fit us in but he went above and beyond for not only us, but every single person I saw coming in. Such a genuine individual. Thank you for being such a kind person when the world needs more people like this.
Good service. Fit me in at the end of the day. Had to pick up in the a.m. which is fine. Shepards told me "sorry", come back tomorrow. Will return here but definitely not to Shepards tires on 14th ever again.
