Really nice guy in the lobby the patches my tire free of charge since I have the road Hazzard warranty. Firestone denied the repair even though I spent $1000 on three brand-new tires at their location.Â
Even though Tires Plus didn’t have the tire I needed in stock at first, they still went above and beyond to help me. Cody personally went out in his own vehicle to pick up the tire I needed, and David, the manager, made sure everything was taken care of and found me a more affordable option.
