I had a blowout and was driving on a donut. When I called, Tony told me to bring my car right over. It was great to work with Tony. I was in and out within an hour.
Although we didn’t have anything done today, the staff was nice and informative and NOT pushy. I’ll definitely come back to have my car taken care of.
I cannot believe the nightmare that is Tires Plus. This company is completely incompetent and dishonest. I paid for repairs that they never did, and my car is now in worse condition than when I brought it in. The dealership I took it to confirmed that none of the work they claimed was done actually happened — and on top of that, they damaged my vehicle while it was in their care. Had one flat tire, one in need of repair. The one tire could not be repaired for the side wall had been punctured. Talking with David Hough who was friendly and professional and understanding. Help me make the best decision for the situation I found myself in that day. He explained the details of the tires and installation and cost. As I pick up my car he noted some repairs I should be considering in the future, that they noticed as they replaced the tires on my car. No pressure just good friendly professional advice. Do not go to this tires plus or use this company. They claimed to have completed work that was not done. They misdiagnosed the vehicle and damaged connectors that need to be replaced. Customer support has treated us with little to no dignity. Girlfriend brought car in to have work completed to make it safe for upcoming baby. 3 weeks and no accountability from this company. They take advantage of customers who are unfamiliar with repairs.
