They have given wrong diagnosis on a couple of my vehicles but this last one has confirmed I’ll no longer do business. Brought my Chrysler in to confirm a bad seal engine and belt, They’d confirmed a good engine and no seal leak, plus informed of hole in a radiator that wasn’t there, a water pump that didn’t need to be replaced etc, they replaced my tensioner and belt bc I’d been told the engine was reliable. Ron’s an asshole telling people to call back when they’re compentent when his job is to answer a phone and answer questions. Won’t give you a correct diagnosis if they’re life depended on it have cost numerous people I know including myself countless hours and THOUSANDS of dollars doing unnecessary repairs. Or being told the completely wrong thing is broken. Go to a competent shop. autowerks on highway 8.
This fellow named Ron did not sound happy when i didnt know my tire sizes, I was also told numerous different reasons on what could be wrong with my car, so I fixed them one by one. And Lord behold the issue was still there!! These guys will give you the run around, and charge you at %900 market price.
I called to make an appointment and a man named Ron asked what tire size was and I told him I didn't do cars very much and how to check And they said when i was more competent to call back and hung up my call then was answered and hung up again before I could speak
