Atrocious Customer Service and buisness ethic. Tires Plus Morrisville is taking advantage of its hard working customers. Bought 2 tires a few weeks ago. Long story short I find out my metal valve stem was snapped and my new tire is leaking air. Yesterday I go for an inspection and to get the valve stem replaced. Head home 2 hours later my tire is halfway flat. Since it was raining I could see the bubbling by the valve stem and hear the hissing. So back we go to the Morrisville location. Technicians should not recommend repairs thats are not needed furthermore they should not recommend these unnecessary repairs to correct a problem the personnel, equipment and knowledge base are unable to complete. I spent over $300 in parts and services and the problem was not fixed. There excuse was that Alldata and there computers do not tell them how to fix it.Â
They were friendly and very helpful. I got my oil changed and they were quick considering how many people were ahead of me.Â
I have been using Tires Plus forever! I love the Lakeland store because of Derek he is the most honest and reliable store manager I have ever encountered. The prices are competitive and Derek always makes me feel as if I am the only customer when I come into his store. Thanks so much Tires Plus you are great, your place and staff are very friendly.
