had a 4 o'clock appointment, dropped car off at 1pm. at 6 pm they hadn't even started the car and the shop was closing. Josh who come to find out was there when I dropped the car and there when I checked in on the car at 4 pm Josh told me I was next car to be pulled in they had the tires to get in. RecommendedJust want to give a shout out to the Tires Plus in Hopkins - especially to Service Advisor, Adam Soberski. He went above and beyond good customer service as I had inadvertently ordered the wrong sized set of tires from Tire Rack. He got on the phone, called TR for the correct size, had them courier them over within the hour, MATCHED the cost (the correct ones were $25 more each), and volunteered to return the other tires to the TR warehouse in Roseville for me to credit my acct and save me the extra courier fee.
