Never use this shop. I brought in both my cars in 4 days apart. They both needed tire rotations, fix a tire leak and oil changes. First car, I thought the tire was still leaking, in the same position. Which led me to believe that they didn't and rotate the tires nor did they fix the tire leak they just hopefully the oil change. So tire rotation is free under warranty. I think the first car up to maybe it was just a mistake but to be sure I marked the tires on my Accord so I know if they were rotated or not. Tony gave us a 5 star experience!!! As well as Alex, she assisted us on the phone and she was very kind and helpful. Tony is truly a gem. The world needs more men like Tony! He showed up sympathy and helped in any way he could by doing extra for us and giving us a smooth experience. He was also helpful with our decision making. We had a hard past 12 hours - both my car and my husbands cars had a tire blow. Tony truly turned our day around!
