I made an appointment and it took the technician 2 hours to install and balance 5 tires. I was fine with that. But, when it came to aligning my truck the technician was either lazy or incompetent. After he took a vapor break, he informed me that I need to replace both inner and tie rod ends to the tune of $830.00 before doing the alignment.
