I made an appointment, and was seen and my car was serviced fairly quickly. The staff was friendly and explained all the recommendations my car needed and the reasons why. Will be returning to this location to have my recommended suggestions worked on.
I used Tires Plus and they were good and reasonably quick on service however I moved and used Store #260434. I made appointment and they replied back 0800 hrs. I went for oil change and my vehicle had starting issues so I got the maintenance check and made sure to inform service writer of starting issues. Hours later mechanic comes out and stated I need a brake job. I went to see them and they were low and rotors looked like they may be warped. Hi, i would like to thank Tires plus at the powerline/cypress location for excellent customer service the technician latvious usually helps me with air in my tires but everyone is always very helpful, thank you Rich and Shawn !!!
Rich and his crew are amazing. Been servicing my cars for years. They are always willing to help with prices and fit my budget. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
