RecommendedThey spent one hour this morning removing a nail from and repairing the left rear tire on my Range Rover. I was expecting the worst when it came time to pay and was pleasantly surprised with the very reasonable charge. It's also important to mention that everyone at the shop was wearing protective gear and social distancing was enforced. What a pleasure. I'll be back!

I believe they are honest. They let me know when something is happening and give me a time frame by when should be done (like brakes and tires)
My husband and I took our car to this Tires Plus this morning 8:10 a.m. after discovering a screw in one tire yesterday. We walked in and were greeted by the manager Nick. We told him what was going on and I asked how long it would be. He said they would take our car in right then, and it would be done by 8:45. We got the paper work started , gave them the key, and sat down to wait. True to his word, at 8:45, Nick said the car was ready. Stole 3 Items from my car while in service here!!!! – I took my car in for four new tires and got my car back with 3 items missing. The mechanics stole my IPOD, sunglasses, and cologne out of my car. They also looked through my center console and glove box while my car was in service. I told management about the issues and they refused to help and simply stated, all customer sign a waiver that relieves Tires Plus of responsibility for any missing or stolen items.
