I arrived with a flat tire for an Impala 2007 to Tire Plus located at 2625 N University Dr, Sunrise, FL 33322 on 08/15/20 at 4:00 PM. I left the car there and they agreed to quote me at a later time when they understand if they're able to repair the tire or replace it. When they called me back, they quoted me nearly $100 for a "prime plus" basic tire and "labor." Terrible service! My husband had a 9 AM appointment to get 2 front tires. He wasn’t taken until after 11 AM. Another customer was there from 7 AM also experiencing a problem. While there she called the corporate office. Then after finally getting the tires put on, my husband was informed that the wrong tires were installed, so he then had to wait even longer. Really regretting not going to Tire Kingdom where we normally go. We chose this place because it is across the street from where we live.
Took my car in to TP in Coral Springs, FL to get oil change with a 50% off healthcare worker coupon. They called about 30 minutes later claiming my car has no oil in it and they can't do oil change. We took the car to Lou Bachrodt Mazda Coconut Creek (free oil change to healthcare workers!) and got an oil change done in 30 minutes. No issues and yes there was oil in the car TP just lost my business for life!

I called in to price a single tire. They were helpful, gave me the price “out the door”! It beat my dealership by $80. Of course the price the Dealership gave me was from Top of the line tires, it was just not what I needed for one tire. I was told I could come right in and it was done in less than an hour.

BEWARE..go there with a nail in my tire..they say 21 bucks..ok come back and say sorry you have 3 nails need a new tire. Ok give me a price for a new tire 235/50/18 oh those are hard to find cheapest can get is $166 before extra charges..just looked on line not rare a lot cheaper and all over. They also charged my credit card the 21 and when I asked before I left so you patched one nail..oh no..ok give me back my 21 bucks..total scam!
