Tires Plus, 1000 W Bay, Largo, FL. I purchased four 70,000-mile tires at $1,078.00, along with a supposed warranty. This morning, I had a flat and brought it in. Tony the manager said the flat was 75% used and they could only warranty 25% off my bill. I drove 24,000 miles total on the 70,000-mile tire. I used about %34.29 of the tire not %75.
