They did an awesome job figuring out where a noise in my tire was coming from. CJ assured me he would take care of it and he did. He was friendly and so was another guy at the desk. They made the time there more relaxing by having a conversation and helping the time go by faster
AVOID THIS LOCATION, today showed me that people think you owe them. I called on 6/26/23 about replacing my O2 sensor. Talked with a gentleman by the name of James. He told me that they would need to do a diagnosis first understand. So they could make sure that was the problem. I asked for an appointment he told me 11am on 06/27/23. I get up to the store, talk with a Charles who is the store mrg. Don't know how he got this position. I tell him I have an appointment for an O2 sensor.
