Burtonsville, Maryland store. Made an online appointment, received confirmation e-mail, showed up on time and the salesman/cashier states they don't have my appointment/reservation in the system. I show him my printed receipt, he asks for my phone number, can't find me in the system and gives me a blank stare. He asked me which tires I wanted (not listed on the e-mail) which, thankfully, I had written down on the receipt. Salesman then tells me he can't find/doesn't know these tires. Blank stare.
