i brought my car in to get checked out because i’ve been having some issues and i received multiple different answers from 3 different employees of what it *could* be. Very helpful. Thorough check of auto. Discuss findings. Use great products (in my case Diehard battery). Friendly, professional and courteous. I trust these guys.
My tire blew out at 8:30 at night. At my request, AAA towed it to Tires Plus. Next morning, I called and spoke to Brandon about the car. He checked it out. Tire had a gash and could not be repaired so he offered a good, better, best type of tire and I went with the Firestone recommendation. He followed up with an email. Called when completed. I came to this location that was not near my home because I was on a road trip. My tire pressure warning light was on, and I had tried to add air at a local gas station without success. Here, the staff were so helpful and understanding. They took me right away since I needed to get back on the road. After checking and filling the air in all four tires, they tried several different methods to find a leak in the one that was low, to no avail, but the air held for long after they added it.
