I cannot describe my appreciation enough!!! On June 24, 2025, our family was on the road to Yellowstone and had a flat tire just outside Reno around 3:30pm. I called a tire repair place before I reached out to this Tire Plus at Sparks, NV. The first place already had a full schedule and they refused to fix mine. But this Tire Plus accepted to fix my tire even though they had a full schedule that day. My car was towed to their place around 5:10pm. Customer service is top priority. I had a blowout on 445, they had me in and out within the hour.
Very professional and friendly
I really like Travis he is a great manager. However when I got my car home I noticed it was leaking oil and it smelled like burning oil. I now have stains on my new driveway. Right now I’m not sure if it’s leaking or the tech just spilled oil all over the engine.
