Gave a lower score on recommendation due to fact that I made an appointment for 11AM, and vehicle was not looked at until 12:45 PM. Staff said this was due to walk-ins ahead of me. Why even have appointments then? OTOH, they did solve the problem and the cost was reasonable. They didn't try to upsell me.
They always take good care of my car when im there. Fast service and doesn't try to up-sell me on anything. I had a really bad experience at Acura, and these guys saved the day !
