Tried to charge me to put on my snow tires and tried to charge me when I got them off. I corrected them both times. It’s free if you bought the tires there.

I was able to surprise them with new tires with a very short amount of waiting time. I told my friend that I was going to test drive the car to see why it wasn't running well. Tires Plus got me in and out quickly with great tires. The value they provided was top notch. thank you so much for getting it done quickly.

Never had any problems with alignment until I took it to Tires plus! Bought four new tires one week later front tire leaning in on top side of tire. strut bolt came loose they said. one month later same thing and now inner wear on new tires. I have had this car in a total of 5 times for the strut bolt coming loose last trip in they promised me they would use lock tight. yesterday same thing so this time I jacked it up to see if they used locktight and nope zero locktight. now I have two bald tires and a loose front end! They don’t know how to change oil or let you know what might be wrong with your vehicle after you pay for an inspection. After leaving I wasn’t able to drive 500 miles before all my oil leaked out, which is funny l because I drove it 4000 miles in 4 months with the same oil that’s been in it for months. Now nearly a week later being with out a car. Maybe claims will help . But of course they won’t take responsibility.
Went in for a couple tires but found out all I really needed was a rotate and alignment...can wait till next year for tires!
Excellent customer service! I thought I needed brake pads at the very least. I was told great news my breaks were fine. They cleaned the dust from the rears and adjusted and they feel like new again! Saved me money and was honest about what I really needed. It’s appreciated greatly! I’ll be back for future car needs. Thanks guys!!
I'd like to thank Cameron Niel, the Store Manager at 5890 S. Virginia for his excellent service. I was on my way to Lake Tahoe and noticed a screw in my tire. All the mechanics were busy for a couple of hours and Cameron sold me a tire and had it on my car in 15 minutes. I felt like I was in Back to the Future when all the old-time gas attendants come running out to service a vehicle that just pulled in. So wonderful to find a business that provides such exemplary service.
These guys in Reno are so awesome. I’ve come in twice. Once to replace my tires and today for a flat due to a nail. They are open early, have great customer service, and take the time to explain any questions you may have. It is so nice to come to a place you can trust!
