My 80 year old mother went to tires plus in Grandview to get the oil changed. They recommended she get a coolant flush and a brake flush. She agreed and the work was supposedly done. About 9 days later, first time she drove it, steam came up off her engine and her check engine light came on. She went back to tires plus to see what was wrong. Tires Plus in Grandview MO – Do not go to the Grandview tire's plus! It is a scam. They do not honor tire warranties. I got a set of 4 fire hawk Indy 500s (with extended warranty) with their alignment service an additional $85). After 4 months of driving (less than 2000 miles) the tires where going bald. When I told the manager (William) the problem, I also showed him the receipts. He then preceded to tell me that it was an alignment problem.
