I arrived at Tires Plus to be greeted by store manager Nick Benvenuto. I had a nail in my tire & was hours away from catching a flight. Nick did an extremely good job of getting me in & out with enough time to get to the airport & make my flight. Nick understands the concept of great customer service & I would recommend him & Tire Plus!
I had booked in to have one tire replaced this morning at 10AM, with and out the door price of $261.45, which includes all taxes, fees and installation, hence the out the door price, as is stated at the time of booking via their website. On arrival, the gentleman on the desk, who I assume was the manager (who also happened to not be wearing a face mask) tells me it is going to be $295 and some change.
