Called around for 2 small boat trailer tires. I took them off the trailer and brought them in. Tires Plus said no problem, come in at 4:30 appointment and we will get them on for you. Now it's 6:30 and they are having problems stretching the tires or something and don't know how long it will be. The Tech waiting on me said they should of told me it would take a while as trailer tires are difficult. there is other people here waiting way over from what they were told. I really don't think they have qualified Techs.
took my car in for new tires, come out being charged for new Tire Pressure sensors I never Needed, My car has 48,500 miles on it! place is a RIP off, my pressure light was never on
Well, I came in for just an oil change and tire rotation, but ended up with "needing" $2000 in repairs. I tried just getting my car to have my mechanic take a look, but they told me it should not be driven so I ended up leaving it there to get a axle seal replaced. I tried calling the next day stating I wanted nothing done to my vehicle but when I picked it up I had a $691 bill!! Made an appointment & yet somehow it took over an hour &a half for oil change & vehicle inspection that was done in a hurry or by someone who didn't care because it was about half filled out. On top of that, having nothing but problems since leaving. Car bottoming out & tires rubbing in wheel wells which wasn't happening before it went in... if you're about to take your car on a trip, don't take it here because I would have been better off without ever going there. Brought my car in for an oil change and when I went to pick it up was told the master cylinder cap for my brakes was missing. There has been no fluids in my driveway and the engine compartment was dry, so how is this possible! They either lost it, broke it or threw it away. That cap doesn’t just disappear. Will never go back here again, and I have spent thousands here for tires in my cars and my daughters. I will spend my money elsewhere.
Went in for an alignment about a month or so ago went back got my money about a couple of days ago cuz a tie rod end came lose and finally got the time to start double checking there work today and ended up finding out that they much have for some reason take.
