In/out fast and accurate
They were so professional and friendly. They did not try to take advantage of a situation that other car care centers would have. I would definitely go there again.
I put new tie rods and control arms. Took my vehicle in to get an alignment. When my car was finished I asked before I took it if it was checked for grease and greased. I was told “absolutely, you’re good to go”. Month later my front end started clunking. I called and the guy that answered said they never do that and that she should’ve said “idk”, if she wasn’t sure. I was willing to pay for it to be done if it wasn’t. Now I have a few hundred dollars down the drain and have to redo it all.
I just wanted my tire repaired that has a screw in it. I was told by the lady at the front counter that the tech said that the tire was previously patched from a repair and the current issue was too close to actually have a solid repair. That kinda made sense. So she proceeded to sell us a tire and was really pushy about it. For one, it was a Firestone. I do not do Firestone tires.
