Called one day to check on availability for an oil change, to take a look at a tire leaking air, and the TMPS. Jake picked up the phone and said they had availability today if I wanted to bring it in. I waited for the car in the shop and they estimated the it to be completed in an hour. Met my needs and took care of everything timely.Â
BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! My first clue to this place being trouble should have been another customer complaining about the services they received while I was there! Nonetheless, we gave them over 1000.00 in tires and oil change for our daughter’s car. The woman working was quite friendly and helpful. So, decided to shell out another 1500.00 on tires for my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Right off the bat the alignment was BAD and they messed up my 4 Wheel Drive. While I am more or less satisfied with the work that was done. Early to tell. The price was absurd. I was charged $180 for 10 minutes of work where a single adjustment was made on a very nearly new vehicle. The initial desk worker was not particularly friendly or welcoming to questions. My appointment was for 11 and I was out by 11:20. When I asked about the price the more friendly clerk responded. “Still cheaper than a dealership.” I’m disappointed and won’t be back.
