Worst Experience. Tires plus put four brand new tires on my Chevy Traverse. Didn't put on the lug nut's properly. My whole rim & tire was off. Tires Plus admitted fault & agreed to fix their error's. But, they didn't want to pay for the Tow.. So, I will be reaching out to corporate
RecommendedWe had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere 100 miles from Des Moines so we called AAA and they towed us to this Tires Plus at 6 pm on a Saturday night. We thought we would have to wait until Sunday to get the tire fixed but they had stayed open late and fixed the tire for free! Talk about fantastic customer service! My husband is handicapped and a veteran so we REALLY appreciated their service. 5 ⭐️ I
Grant Willey is the WORST MANAGER OF ANY TIRES PLUS I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Grant literally tried to break my car when I brought it in with a concern... burning up the motor on the window control. I came in for an oil change and wipers... they never bothered to call. Instead of receiving an apology, Grant ARGUED with me multiple times.
