I called on a Monday to order a new tire for a defective one I was driving on and they ordered a new one. The following day the tire did come in and I was asked if I could come in the following morning for the service. I said theoretically I could but that I didnt really want to drive all the way home that night and then back down to them the following morning (considering the tires condition) and they fit us in the same night. Kudos to the team at King of Prussia!
Beware of this Fraud! Tire plus in King of Prussia says that we can get lifelong tire alignment if we pay them a particular amount. They also say that if we buy tires from them, they will give lifelong tire rotation for free. Every time we go to them for an oil change, we ask them to do these two lifelong service and they never do it. They give an excuse that they have checked it and the tires don't need any alignment and the tire rotation is not needed too. These guys have mechanics who have no knowledge and are inexperienced. I did a tire rotation and oil change in KOP tires plus. They broke 2 out of my 4 tire sensors. How can both break at the same time? And then oil started leaking from my car on my driveway. When I took the car to the Toyota dealer, they said that these guys used the incorrect oil filter and did not seal the oil cap properly.
