Very unhappy with the slow service. I brought my car in yesterday 12/28/22 at 4:30 pm because the inside passenger door car handle broke. I told the person at Tires Plus to order the piece in advance so that way when the car is in their garage they could immediately fix my car. Now I understand they could not get it done that day but they turned a deaf ear when I asked them to order it so it would come in sooner. Fast forward to today 12/29/22. Made an appt for 3p and arrived early. Was told they tried to call me to tell me it would be 4p before they could help me. I received no calls, voice-mails or texts between the time I made the appointment and the time I arrived. What a wasted trip. I will take my business elsewhere.
RecommendedHighly highly recommend tires plus, specifically the one on dale Mabry if anyone needs a mechanic. The manager will has helped me so much on multiple occasions and is honest and to the point. Went there today upset as get out because I just got new tires and he swore I would need to get a new one they wouldn’t be able to plug quoted me almost $400 for two new ones I take it down the road to a used tire shop they plugged it nail was in the thread liars and cheats here !!

I have been taking my car to Tires Plus for the last 3 years. I knew they were expensive but I had their credit card. They kept recommending expensive repairs until the last time I brought in in because of a tapping noise and they told me I needed a whole new engine. This is while the other manager was still trying to convince us to replace the air conditioning condenser for over $1,000. Now I have a car payment for a different car and still owe Tires Plus $1,035 dollars plus interest which has now kicked in. Be careful!
Took my car in to have my tires and alignment taken care of. Their inspection that comes with apparently said I needed an air filter and a new belt. Drive home and out of no where I’m grinding metal to metal on my front right tire. No mention from them that I need brakes or that there was something wrong with my brakes. Take my car back today and they have the audacity to try and charge me close to $500 to fix THEIR mistake.
