They charged me for changing a CV shaft but never replaced it. They damaged the stub shaft that goes into the differential. Found this out a month later when getting brakes done at another place. Will never do business with them again.
I have yet to have a service done that hasn't required warranty work. New tires needed to have one remounted twice. Two oil changes in a row. left me low on oil within two weeks. First time the drain plug was only finger tight, and the second time wasn't filled fully. Won't be bringing any vehicles I care about back here.
Had hit and miss service from them, recently brought in my truck for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. After getting truck back noticed shuttering side to side at around 55 mph, returned it for a rebalance of tires, said one tire was 4 oz out of balance. Driving into work this morning same shutter at 55mph climbed under my truck to see what they did, didnt even remove my old wheel weights, just chased weights till they managed to balance it once. Had my sister bring my truck in to get a nail out and patched, told her it was unpatchable and tried selling her 2 new tires on a truck with 20,000 miles, so I told her to run it the the dealer I bought it from and have them put on 1 new tire, they said why dont we just patch it you dont need a new tire!! Talk about a joke of a tire shop tires plus is!
