They damage the rear tire passenger-side tire wheel panel. It looks like some took a tool and bent the corner of it. And didn’t mention it to me. NEVER AGAIN
I have been here twice in the last few years, and the first time ended up with me emailing corporate office to get the price altered. The second and most recent time was simply to have 4 tires mounted and balanced. Someone broke and apparently replaced one of my tpms sensors, without programming it or even telling me about it. Can't say that this place is worth the hassle or anger, if I have to go back after the repair to have something fixed.
Nobody asked me what type of oil I wanted in my vehicle, and when the wrong oil was assumed and put into my engine, the solution offered was to only charge me for my oil. The wrong oil. I asked to have it corrected & for the corporate phone number to place a complaint, and I was promptly hung up on by the manager. When I called back and stated that I wanted to have my appointment confirmed and said I wanted to be aware of all things happening with my car, and wanted to be shown the oil filter that was being changed...
