They will do an apparent “alignment” and charge you for it on a bad tie rod and let you drive away without telling you they failed to do the alignment and you have a bad tie rod! The mechanic handed me my keys and watched me drive away thinking I wouldn’t notice but I spun the block, went back, and asked for a refund. Mark was at the desk and he gave me the refund. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. I waited for my vehicle to have a front end alignment and a tie rod replacement and everyone was so pleasant. The manager even gave snack foods to my five year old granddaughter while we were waiting! They showed me what they were fixing before fixing it so I could see myself that the tie rod was loose. Editing for update: I was reached out to by Larry and he completely took care of the situation. Took my car in, told them which tires due to a tire with a hole. Stated three times which tires were needed. Next day noticed they replaced the incorrect tires. When I went back in, I ended up getting the run around and no apologies or 'we'll make this right'. Left the car there and returned over two hours later, was just handed my keys and said they'll see me in a couple weeks for more tires.
Great help and service
I usually have good luck here. I got what I needed (4 tires) he even told me about a sale and I waited and I saved some money. Everyone is always helpful up here for my wife and I. We live 25 minutes out of town and come here for the service and more importantly the speed. They don’t waste our time, they don’t try and upsell just mention and move on, works for me!!
