HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE!!! I had a car towed to Tires Plus on Mall Parkway in Lithonia, GA. It had several problems. After a free estimate, we decided to donate the car to Kars-for-Kids (a non-profit that auctions cars and uses the funds to benefit children). The Kars-for-Kids tow truck arrived to pick up the care. Terry Story at Tires Plus refused to release the car until we paid $170. He offered no reason for this charge. Tires Plus had performed no service except the free estimate.

Tires plus on Thornton rd in Lithia Springs GA is absolutely HORRIBLE ! Customer service coming from A manager named Marcus was a COMPLETE joke . If you disagree with anything he says he throws his hand up ✋ and says that the situation is escalating because he does not know how to handle a difference of opinion. Then they refuse to give you corporates number saying it can ONLY come from the store manager. Who of course wasn't in.Save yourself the time and headache and pick a different company.
A simple oil change took forever. The staff were very rude even made a comment yes he is going at grandpa speed on your car. Then my car was returned full of grease! I have used them for years but will never be back! Not even an apology!
Wanted a simple repair done (Nail in TIRE) . Ayana from the Thornton Rd store Told me that i needed another tire because there were particles in the tire.....the tire was under warranty so i wanted a new one. Long story short , Thornton Rd did not have another tire.
