I made an appointment days ago for my husband to get his AC checked. He even went up there early and they told him they are too busy to check his truck. We made an appointment.. only wasting my time

Went in for a tire repair that was too damaged to patch. Although a different brand of tire was used, I was offered the opportunity to get the same brand, I choose to go with their brand that was rated higher than my existing tire. They also performed a vehicle inspection and gave me the option to update my car but not pressured.Everything is noted in my account and can be performed at another time. Tires Plus can perform most tasks that a dealership can at a much more reasonable price. Friendly knowledgeable staff as well.

Work on van necessary and very timely done in fact was told 4-6 hours but the work was completed in under 2 hours with discussions about work being done and showing the replacement parts. Very great experience.

I went in for two new front tires still under hazard warranty. Tires Plus issued a credit for remaining tread on the exisiting tires. They also pointed out that my battery was not performing, and that was also under warranty. I always come to this location for both of my vehicles, they are honest and treat customers fairly, along with suggesting items that will need attention soon.
