I visited this shop for a flat tire. They told me that the tire was unrepairable and that I needed to purchase a new tire. I ended up taking it to another shop who was able to repair it. While I was at Tires Plus, they also sent me a photo of my oil level and claimed it was low and that my battery seemed like it was going bad. I checked my oil level after I left and it was very different from the photo they sent and was at a good level. Additionally, my battery has no issues. Jessica stayed late to take care of a 911 situation with my tire. Always friendly and Great service every time
So fast miss jessica at the front desk she is amazing very good customer service . Even after on my 5 pm visit she was ready to say they will be able to help with everything I came for . Awesome job Jessica and the team thank you.
Had flat repaired on truck twice in last few months and they were great from service writer to tech in and out fast and will be going back to purchase a set of tires in near future
